After completing the accredited MBA and accomplisment program, Şişecam executives have graduated on the 30th of June, 2008. Şişecam had a workshop. In the workshop, 8 different groups made 8 different social responsibility projects and best executives were chosen from 2 groups. EFMD CEL accredited Executive MBA certificates were given to 41 executives.
