Aim
To equip participants with knowledge and skills on the subject of Risk Management. The essence of the course is that project management needs to be based on a plan relying on detailed estimations and that these plans need to be adhered to as closely as possible in execution.  For this reason it is essential to control all the risks that may arise from the estimations and which have the potential to throw the project plan off course.

Content
The main headings of the course are: identifying, planning and analyzing potential risks, determining their probability and consequences, acquiring techniques of countering, overcoming and if necessary by-passing them, and transforming them, where possible into manageable risks which can be monitored and kept under control.
