• Principled Management: Organizations should not just be successful, they also need to be governed by certain principles.  'Corporate Governance', as it is known today, includes all the principles based on 'honesty', 'openness' and 'accountability'.
• Management Structure and Rules: Management can be effective in companies and other organizations if certain methods and structures are adhered to and can be proven to work.  The rules that need to be obeyed in order to fulfill responsibilities to shareholders, clients, employees and society as a whole.
