Business Game
KMI utilizes a business game to enhance the management competence of executives who take part in development programs.
The business simulation game involves the three biggest companies in the dairy sector which produce long-life milk in cartons. Management skills are exercised by competing against others using a real life environment.
The primary objective of the game is to improve your company's performance while competing with others.
The game is between three to five teams representing their companies. Each team begins in equal terms in a competitive environment. One can learn about the competitors' status during the game. Every team has the risk of bankruptcy depending on the financial status.
Teams have to plan their strategy by making decisions for size of marketing budget, sales price, material supply and debiting, investment for human resources, production improvement and other factors.
Decisions are submitted successively for 12 sessions. Each session is equivalent to three months and has strict starting and ending dates.
The main objective of the simulation is to excell in performance compared with your competitors. In order to reach the objective you need to increase market share, company value and maximize profit while ensuring customer loyalty.
